Here we go again, using bastardized versions of the Bible whenever it suits your agenda.

The word "christian" has been added to that version of the Bible, as it doesn't exist in the KJV of the Bible.

Philemon 15-16 The Message (MSG)
15 Maybe it’s all for the best that you lost him for a while. You’re getting him back now for good—
16 and no mere slave this time, but a true Christian brother! That’s what he was to me—he’ll be even more than that to you.

Philemon 15-16 King James Version (KJV)
15 For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;
16 Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?

Also notice how the underlined portion in the KJV is left out of the MSV version altogether.

Revelation 22 King James Version (KJV)
18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

I was also raised to believe that the only "real" Bible was the KJV.

The Sinai Bible was created in the 4th century, and may have been the 1st true book. (bound as a codex, instead of a scroll)  
It is written in beautiful, readable Greek, and is prized for being the oldest complete copy of the New Testament.  -- If, by complete,
one means that it contains all of the known current books of the New Testament.  It actually contains two books that are not now included.
It also does not include any resurrection stories.



I'm always amazed that people can claim that an "authentic" Bible exists at all.
