Sexual things.

!. writing
2. Writing/ reading erotica relieves stress and depression .
3. Sex
4. Masturbation.

May call me a pervert but it works for my depression most times.

But for things that don't involve sexual activities

1. A long really hot shower
2. Talking a long walk.
3. Reading a good book
4. Listening to music

I would say hanging out with friends but I'm pretty much an anti-social loner..

Jesus said he would come back soon. So over 2000 years isn’t long enough to call his bluff? Of course that’s assuming he existed.
