"Evil" the concept exists whether Evil itself actually exists - they are two different things. Just as: "God" the concept exists whether God himself actually exists - they are two different things. "The Easter Bunny" the concept exists whether the Easter Bunny itself actually exists - they are two different things, etc.

Quote marks note the distinction: "Evil" objectively exists as a concept and a word but Evil does not objectively exist.
To confuse the use of a word with the mentioning of it (to confuse the thing the concept refers to with the concept itself) is to commit the equivocation fallacy.
