My favorites --

"Christ on a pony!"
"I don't give a good goddamn."
"Jesus Christ and General Jackson!"
"Bleeding Christ."

A lot of folks don't realize that "bloody" (which I use on occasion) is also a sort of blasphemy in itself ... it refers to the blood allegedly shed by Christ on the cross.
