Rhythm
As a starter, I know what kind of monster the empire of Japan was; I always thought it was very that they burned the surrounding countries in the made imperial journey; just like -ironically- your own reddish/blue piece of cloth, marked with stars.
The nukes however, had no justification. I'm judging this by the morals "I" believe in, as a Muslim, I believe -totally- that x,doesn't carry the weight of y, just like, you, don't carry the crimes of U.S troops in Iraq; that's why along with standing against the bigotry coming from nationalistic/imperialistic secular military instititions, I too, stand against the bigotry of Jihadists, ordering to bomb European and American cities for the crimes of western and American foreign policy.
But hey, I think you watch patriotic cartoons quite too often; gotta comment on some things:
And, if you didn't have the bombs, you would've burnt yourself too, I mean you just said that in the beginning of your comment?
And then:
You're brainwashed by excuses, made by -yes- EVIL psychopaths.
NOTHING justifies the dropping of the bombs, you see, the U.S thought that the murder of children and innocent civilians is a suitable price for winning.
There was no need to drop the bomb, actually if the U.S used even 3 bombs but in the ACTUAL battlefield, against soldiers, I wouldn't object.
Didn't you say, that what made you win the war, is the distance?
I don't think you're an idiot,Rhythm. I just think your heart grew to be more stronger than rocks or even harder; a heart that can't feel, even though stone cracks sometimes.
Yeah, allah doesn't tell us to throw nukes and mass murder whole cities, at least..
Didn't you know, that it's a verse in the Quran, that nobody carries the sin of another?
Sura 53:
33 ) Have you seen the one who turned away
( 34 ) And gave a little and [then] refrained?
( 35 ) Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees?
( 36 ) Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses
( 37 ) And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] -
( 38 ) That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another
( 39 ) And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives
( 40 ) And that his effort is going to be seen -
( 41 ) Then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense
But no.. Obviously, in your brain and the brain of decision makers that led the sadistic campaigns of warfare in the U.S, a child in Nagasaki carries the sins of a mad emperor.
It is running in the blood of the white house, eh? not so white..
Yah. Glory glory hallelujah.
Oh
Just as a disclaimer, there are atheists, Americans, westerners, that know the truth.
Listen to Carlin's advice.

We emerged as a super power not because we had the bombs, but because we had stood back while all the other powers burnt each other to cinder

We were getting our asses handed to us in the pacific
And then:

The bombs fixed that problem for both of us

Quote:The greatest weapon we had in WW2 wasn't a bomb, or a fancy plane, or even our permanent war footing (which didn't exist -until- then). It was distance and span across oceans, and the fact that the fighting was in someone -else's- yard.
