Raising people from the dead (think of being able to bring back anyone you wanted from the past); NOPE not impressive.
But you find vaccines to be miraculous, when it's ones own immune system (given to you by God) that does the actual work.
Funny though, the indigenous peoples of this country had no need for vaccines, until filthy Europeans started gifting them blankets contaminated with smallpox... you don't find Plagues to be impressive? Do you want to weigh how many lives were saved against how many destroyed?
No, feeding as many people as Jesus did with the amount of food he had isn't impressive. Because world hunger? It's still around. A major problem in fact. It's nothing more than a cheap magic trick that did nothing for anyone except for a few people some two thousand years ago (assuming it actually happened, that is). It'd be impressive if Jesus ended world hunger. But he didn't. Funny how it's still around.
Raising people from the dead? Again, not impressive. Nothing more than a cheap magic trick assuming it even happened. It accomplished absolutely nothing in terms of today's world.
Yes, I find vaccines to be more impressive because they've actually accomplished things. And no, you don't get to give God or Jesus credit for our immune system, because he told us absolutely nothing about them, instead leaving us to believe disease came from Demons.
Who exactly are you trying to pin the blame of the spread of smallpox on? Europeans? You mean the ones who came over here, and wanted to evangelize the "savages" and spread the "good word" of Jesus? Those guys? Funny how they apparently didn't need vaccines before the Jesus freaks showed up. (Of course it's arguable that they wouldn't have needed vaccines). So their life was much better before they learned about Jesus, according to you. So I'm not sure what great things Jesus is supposed to have done other than a few cheap magic tricks that are meaningless.
