Up until this Trump campaign, I thought republicans were a lost cause. That it appears we have a common enemy in Trump is allowing Republicans to either show their true colors, or reinvent their public persona and create much needed distance from their past (there's a tinge of conspiracy in me that thinks this could be the point, but I ignore it), even if that's just a difference in the public eye. I've been enjoying the agreement between most democrats and most republicans on this issue. And yes, I'm referring to Trump as an issue.
