Does the Law of Conservation of Matter/Energy Disallow Time Travel?

It's woo.

I think most people have a misconception of what time is. It's a "thing" to them. They can put it in a device and shoot chroniton beams at something. It's not a thing. It is just entropy of the universe in action. "Time" only flows forward and never in reverse. Different things such as speed and gravity effect the rate of time but they only slow it down. It never reverses.

Humans record events and moments and stitch them together like a video tape. It seems like it is a thing but it's not. The complexity of the mind that gives you this feeling is not too different than the feeling of God. The brain talks to itself and people think there is a god. It's all woo.

Now with that said, I love a time travel show. The Enterprise zooming around the sun and picking up whales in the past makes a good show. I can suspend my reason long enough to enjoy the show. I can do this with ghost movies too. It's fun.

I'm skeptical about that.
