To me, the concerns are:
1) Cutting down on exploitation, keeping it as legitimate, safe and consensual as possible for those involved.
2) Children being given well-rounded sex education from other sources, so they don't end up thinking what they see in porn is the norm. This is a failure of society in general, not a problem with porn itself. I don't know about other countries, but in England we're a repressed people from this point of view. I got literally zero sex education from my parents, and laughable efforts from school.
