I know God He isn't some shallow idea maybe your religion was but He isn't. The heart is deceitful one day it likes this one thing one day it doesn't. Why do you believe in your heart anyway? Is it because the culture around you tells you that to know yourself you must trust in your heart? The deal is God is real not superficial and can handle not only reality but your hardest deepest problems. Your belief system can't give you worth, it can give you a reason for existence, it can give you a bases on which to judge. You are the one with no objective truth. You are the one who has to rely on society to give you anything. You are the one lost and blind and the only way to reality is through the saving grace of God.
My friend I have not failed you don't even know what the objective is. You don't know the future and you hardly understand the past. You don't have a clear view of anything. God is in full control and He never fails. His word is good. He can save you from your sin through the blood of Jesus or you can be judged in your sin.
Again trying to place yourself above me with your pretense of intellectual superiority will not save you. You need humility. Love you dude hope you have a fantastic night!
You have already stated that you think I deserve to burn in Hell forever, and you have repeatedly called me a liar by refusing to acknowledge the veracity of my faith, which was sincerely held for over 20 years. You are not my friend, and you do not love me.
Hearts aren't for believing. Brains are for believing. Hearts just pump blood. Don't be an idiot.
Nobody said I don't have objective truth; quite the opposite. I believe in objective reality and objective truth (I've referenced both multiple times). I just don't believe in objective morality because it doesn't exist. The system you're proposing isn't even "objective morality," but "Divine Command Theory," which is completely arbitrary and subjective and is not at all the same thing as objective morality. Even if you were right, Gaud were real, and all his rules were morally binding, that still wouldn't be objective morality, and that's not what you're actually arguing for. The fact that you can't see this is yet more evidence of the damage religion has done to your thinking processes.
I don't think there's any need for pretense. The difference between us is quite plain. You believe in magic and won't listen to anything that's said to you unless it comes out of a Bronze Age book of fable and superstition (but only if it's your favorite).
Everyone deserves to burn in hell forever.
You have yet to explain what reality is but you say you believe in it.
God is reality because there is no lie in Him. He is the truth from Him come everything and you can't even understand anything without him. You can't even understand the bible without him. I don't doubt that you were sincere about your religion and your faith, but you didn't have faith in God because once you are with God it is impossible to leave.
