Sorry I should have been clearer. I was imagining it as a form of protest in the same way that the trans men have been posting pictures of themselves in women's toilets.
In reality most transgendered people will carry on using the same toilets they have always used but with the added fear of being outed.
Although this highlights another absurdity of the law. How will people know? Are they going to demand invasive penetrative tests before you can enter the toilet? Cis-gendered women are now also at risk of being humilated. So this is not just an attack on the transgendered, but on cisgendered women as well to make sure that they conform to society's expectation of beauty.
