A child molester will find their victims wherever they can and most of the time that is not in high traffic public places and is more likely to happen in isolation, such as in a position of trust like a family member or like a preacher, and the actual assault can be in an office, or bedroom or living room or basement, anywhere. A public bathroom will not magically cause someone to molest anyone or prevent it anymore than any other crime of opportunity.
Rape of an adult or molestation of a kid, is about OPPORTUNITY not location outside of isolation of the victim and that isolation can be ANYWHERE.
A isolated low traffic bathroom would be no different than a uncle offering to baby sit a victim and doing it while the parents are away. The location is not the most important aspect to single out a victim, the isolation is.
