Why would an all-powerful God need laws of nature and complex systems at all? Seems like a pretty superfluous route for someone who can literally do anything he wants.
You are inserting God as an explanation for things that either already have explanations, or don't need them. All this does is generate more questions; questions that are literally unanswerable unless you are planning on baldly asserting a bunch of unverifiable crap as "answers". Which you've just done.
