Your problem is that you assume people don't already focus on being helpful. They do, they just do it better than you and you assume they don't.

You presume to know what I'm thinking. I don't have a problem. I said nothing about being helpful. I said kind. It's not the same. Sometimes if someone doesn't want whatever kind of "help" you're offering, you should just leave them alone.

I am very aware of the difference between kind and helpful, as well as of what you meant. My point stands, you're just yet to get it.

As for assumming, what's your point? That I shouldn't? Spare me your precious feelings about my observations, would you?
