Why do people on here act as if Islam if no worse than any other faith?

A huge amount of them support stoning for gays, death for those who  leave Islam, support Jihad, support Sharia  law etc. Even in America, although U.S. Muslims are  less bad than any other nation's Muslims are. At  least Christianity gave up the Crusades and Inquisition  long ago. And do you seriously believe that the Crusades were completely unprovoked by Muslims anyway?

1) It's a liberal trend to be accepting of Muslims and most people who label themselves atheist are liberal, which is pretty strange because of the amount of gay prejudice and sexual inequality in a lot of Islamic cultures.

2) It really isn't proven that it is the worst faith, but people of this faith maybe more numerous in cultures that are pretty bad in terms of sexual equality and treating all sexuality equal.

Muslim people in poorer countries have stuck to their faith more but that's expected because poorer countries have a trend of being more religious.  But yeh I would say poor Muslims do behave slightly worse these days than their Muslim counterparts.  Muslims often start drinking, having sex, shaving their beards after a couple of generations in western countries.  In the UK where I live I know several Muslims who won't dare say they do anything against Islam the first time you talk to them or in front of other Muslims but when you get them on their own and you have a relaxed convo with them it's constant stories of when they were drunk, travelling to different cities to party so they won't get seen by family or family friends in their local city.

I'd say there's definitely a correlation between what you're talking about, but that doesn't necessarily indicate direct causation.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.
