That's stats are actually pretty self evident as a US national. The only major racism I know against Asians is that they generally have "small penises". Your argument for Asians would work if people held a negative view about their acuity in those areas. But that's not the case.
I love how that link tries to call whites racist and self absorbed for wanting to date within their own race. It's a preference. It also complains about the fact Asians and Blacks are attracted to whites.
It's all a preference. Humans can date whoever the fuck they like.
It's really just data, you can drawl your own conclusions. Though I would find it profoundly irregular if cultural norms and societal views didn't play some part it the data resulting in they way it did.
