I don't think it's inherently racist
I think it becomes problematic when people throw shade at African American Vernacular English, and then ignore all the white dialects of English that are equally as grammatically incorrect. It's not problematic if you're a grammar nazi with everyone. It's the double standard for black people.
Tbh I'd say it's more of a classism issue than a race issue.
