So what you're saying is that per capita, minorities are more likely to suffer race-based violence.

That's exactly what the website is saying.  It doesn't go into detail about who is committing the attacks, and overall it shows more attacks on white people.

Overall there are more white people in the country. There's a difference between who has bigger numbers of people being attacked VS who is more likely to be attacked.

"Most of the offenders (57%) in the racially motivated crimes identified in the British Crime Survey are not white. White victims said 82% of offenders were not white."

But no one here is saying whites are more racist or more likely to commit racist crime. I thought we were talking about white privilege. What happened? White privilege doesn't amount to white people are bad mmmkay
