None of those "privileges" are even modestly relevant to this discussion, which is why it is a red herring. That fact ought to be noted.

I think you have a pretty deep misunderstanding of what white privilege is and isn't. If you have two sprinters in a 500-meter race, and spot one of them a ten-meter head start, it still doesn't guarantee that runner the victory.
In the same sense, white privilege is not proof against poverty or jail time. But being white avails me of many opportunities that help me avoid poverty and eschew a life of crime.
