Nobody can prove that an afterlife of any kind exists. Heaven is just fantasy, and hell is a threat created by priests to control people.

Why in the world would I want to use that evil book of absurd fairy tales to defend anything? And if you have proof beyond your baseless "my own personal experience with my imaginary friend" assertions, present the proof. I'm sure that a huge portion of the human population would be interested in having verifiable proof of a god, or of an afterlife, or even that prayer gets measurable results. If you can't present any proof other than "god has proved it to me", then you're just wasting your time blowing hot air.
