Asians earn more than whites in America, I've always thought a lot of that was due to superior intelligence and work ethic on average than American white people.
Not to say that American whites are stupid and lazy, but I've just never though of it as being an Asian privilage but an Asian virtue.
You're basically picking out a characteristic about someone and claiming their achievements are due to this one characteristic rather than hard work or innate ability.
