It isn't humane, that is one of the reasons they are withdrawing those drugs.
Studies were done showing that in the majority of cases of lethal injection, the person was still conciousness or able to feel. This means it is a bit more like drowning or stranglisg. The person would be conciousness of being unable to breath or move.
I'm against all of it anyway. We aren't barbarians anymore, but a certain segment keeps us acting like it. It is not worth the price of innocent killings, otherwise known as murder, being done in on my name and on my dime. No.
Anyway, I'm glad that these drugs will now be even harder to come by for states that seem to get a kick out of executions. Maybe they will have to actually start thinking about other ways to deal with tough cases, instead of just offing them. Or maybe they'll just go back to hangings and firing squads. Go merca!
