Essentially the law is, there must be FOUR witnesses that watched the act live at the same time at the same place. This is very rare to occur in real life. The only time this can happen is if the couple are doing a porn shoot and then the 4 producers have a change of heart and go to a religious cleric describing the situation. After which a DNA testing is taken to confirm that the act was committed. Other than that, a stoning sentence is highly unlikely to occur in theory.
The fact that that website does not mention the four witness tells you something about its credibility.
