If you think any message board is anonymous, you got even less of a clue than I thought possible.
As for not stopping racism. There's quite a difference between not stopping it by taking measures and tolerating, or even endorsing it by not taking any measures at all.
yeah, anonymous is a vague term in describing it, they keep IP logs, and there's a hidden ID for everyone, but you're still anonymous to everyone using that message board
