There are almost certainly hundreds of publishers of the King James Bible in the world today and thousands of editions, and a lot of them are likely to have wildly varying paginations and font sizes, rendering citing the Bible by fucking PAGE NUMBER to be useless.

Case in point, as a former Christian and current pack rat, I have several old Bibles lying around the house, and here are the results I've got:

• Confirmation Bible (KJV, Thomas Nelson): Only has 636 pages.
  
• Grade School Bible (NIV): Jonah 1:1-2:3
  
• High School Bible (ASV): Joel 4:9-21
  
• Gideon Bible (KNJV): 1 Corinthians 3:10-4:15
  
• Mum's Living Bible: Mark 12:35-13:11
  
• Mum's Bible (KJV, Zondervan): Accounting for the break in pagination between the Old and New Testament, Page 1117 has: questions 20-9 in an FAQ, largely focusing on early publications of the Bible in the 16th century.
  I also have an old Bible (KJV) that's apparently something I got for my Baptism, but I can't find it at the moment. Maybe if I find it, I'll find a different set of verses.
  

While I didn't read too closely these verses, it's safe to assume that none of these contain secret cures for Diabetes.

The point is that the writer is just a bull shit artist otherwise he would have cited the specific chapter and verse as is customary.  He's selling a scam for $49.  Serious people don't cite biblical references by page numbers.   So as soon as you read the page number you should realize that it's just pitiful BS.

Yeah, it was clear from the get-go that he was a bullshit artist. I was just illustrating how utterly useless citing the Bible by page numbers was. What kind of jackass cites The Bible by goddam PAGE NUMBERS?
