No, unless convicted, the European laws are clear. You don't name a suspected criminal until they actually are convicted. Entirely different to the US. And it has been that way for the last 20 years at the very least.
Really? That's how it should be in my opinion. In England the papers can just publish who's on trial, and ruin someone's life without needing a conviction. Disgusting. The public does not need to know the names of people standing accused of crimes.
