Stuck In The Middle With You

In the wake of the recent shooting, the senate has taken to it's halls to bicker away their final few days before a long, paid, break. Senate democrats say that reasonable doubt is too high a standard, senate republicans say that due process must be protected even in such a case. Where do you stand, AF?
