Probably right. For my part, I think it's just another example of our one party system..in which group A would like to railroad a person without having to go through the trouble of charging and convicting them,...whereas group B would -also- like to railroad that same group of people but has been irritated enough in the past to remind the others that the reason they don't is due process.
