I haven't asked yet, Whateverist.  I think I'll settle in and ask such questions after I have read the employee handbook and rules.  It's nice to actually be hired by a company that has rules and procedures in place. Nice to know that my livelihood will not be put in jeopardy by people who can't work with a "non-believer".
