I watched the video of the "execution" and the guy looked like he was struggling and his right arm reached for something, perhaps his own gun, perhaps one of the officers guns. Either way, I think the officer had sufficient reason to use their weapon.

I have no doubt the DA will say the same thing.

They always do.

Sometimes when you have two burly policemen on your chest you literally can't breath.  Just try laying still and remaining calm then.  Flailing can be expected if you can't breath.
