Disturbing the peace is a crime. And on the scale of things at least as serious as a broken tail light.
John Crawford was holding a bb gun when the cops blew him away. He did not fire it nor point it at anyone as far as I can see from the video. But, WTF, huh? Close enough for cop work?
As far as the third white guy goes, I suggest you watch the video which they thoughtfully included.
The 8th white guy merely pointed his gun at firemen.
Legally, that is called "Menacing."
But again, minor compared to having an expired license plate tag, right?
I didn't see the video for the 3rd white guy. He pointed a gun at the police and he was shot. I imagine that's happened to a black person before however in this case technically raw story was accurate it seems although I was under the impression that the police didn't react at all just because he was white, when they clearly did as the white person was shot and he was just lucky enough to live.
Yes the 8th white person does point his gun at unarmed firemen and not at police like the article says.
the first white person possibly was violating several crimes actually but still not pointing the gun at the police like the article says.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
