I'm a mandated reporter, meaning that if I had any knowledge whatsoever about this kid, where she lives, et cetera, I would be mandated by law to report it. I think it's pretty effed up that the OP has such knowledge but won't take it upon him or herself to do the same, against the law or not.

OP, It makes me pretty sick that you were willing to flaunt it here, but do nothing to help.

I don't know where I stand legally, but I'd be morally compelled to report it. I don't think anyone's confidence should extend to imminent and extreme harm.
