Of course no one offered any proof regarding the girl's condition; we're not psychologists and that fact was pointed out several pages ago (not to mention none of us know her personally.) The point of this was to get the girl help from someone who could perform a professional evaluation of her condition and provide treatment if necessary before something bad happened.
