The cops clearly have an anti-black, anti-peace culture. They're taught to protect themselves first, before citizens. . . to fire just in case they might be fired on. So let me ask you this-- if the majority of cops are good, then why isn't the cop culture good?
Could you find the statistics as to how many of the cops that were there for each fatal shooting were actually black and didn't do anything to stop it? I mean, any reasonable police partner who has real value on life would speak to his partner in question.
