Nah, not talking about them (though I'd trust them to effectively police more than I would our own cops, in some cases....lol) I'm talking about the armed units you guys have that aren't tactical response. Or, at least, for whatever reason..that;s how I understood your system. That you have a large number of non-lethal patrolmen, a spattering of armed units, and then full on blow the wall open tactical responders. - all on the civilian end. That seems, to me, to be a good way to arrange it. It certainly leads to fewer shootings by the police.
