You're right about his plans not going through congress. But as for paying, the military Behemoth alone would provide ample opportunity for saving money. Maybe make it only ten times as large as the next nations combined, instead of 14 times the size.
You think he would have gotten massive military cuts through congress? We have obsolete aircraft at Monahan AF Base about 100 miles south of me near Tucson. It's called the A-10 and the Arizona Congressional delegation would rather cut off their own balls than have those planes retired.

Now Drumpf, being a fucking outsider moron can be forgiven for not knowing this shit. But Sanders has been in congress for 25 years. If his plan was to finance his promises with defense cuts then he should have known better. One might almost say that he was being a cynical prick if that was his plan. I never really heard a plan on how he was going to pay for his stuff. In that, he is much like the orangutan.
