They have no impetus to do so, they operate with legal impunity, and they have an army of dimwitted civilians who'll say the silliest shit in their defense- justifying their actions with no need for specifics or facts..and even in the -face- of specifics and facts...and all of this happens both before and after we've already set the dominoes up to be pushed over, so to speak.
