I already answered no to your summary execution question....Perhaps you would be better off asking a question, if you don't understand (or making an argument if you disagree) rather than repeating yourself.
And there may be uncertainty for the officer in the moment, even though analysis of the video afterwards may show, that it was not a gun. For instance, shooting someone, once they are in control, because the resisted earlier, would not be justifiable, and the policeman would be accountable with charges brought against them.
