Well, that's why I asked earlier if there had been anything about the gunman's affiliations or motivations.  That's kind of a big deal in this.

Not much use speculating as long as they don't have their bodies. May sound cynical, but in cases like this, it usually ends with the shooter(s) being dead. Regardless of motivation, it's usually an endgame for them.

I agree, but as you've seen in this thread alone there's a huge urge for everyone to jump vehemently to it being Islamic.  And while recent events might make this understandable, isn't jumping to conclusions without evidence something we're usually against on this forum?
