Both Trump and Farage have incited violence, and violence has increased. They can't come out and say "I want you to be violent" because there are laws about that, they can only talk about violence in the abstract. And by doing so they can put into people's minds the idea of committing violence on their own initiative. For example by stating the conditions on which violence will occur if they don't get their way.

Trump is not quite so subtle and condones violence either implicitly by making comments about doing it himself if he were in a particular situation or saying that he will pay the legal fees for the man who punched a protestor

There are many examples if you want to google it.
We've already had an MP murdered in cold blood. The effect of this is more than one dead MP. It will make politicians more cautious about saying anything that puts them at risk of nutcases.
If you disagree with this, then ask yourself, how could Farage and Trump incite violence any more without risking falling foul of the law?
