I wonder if a third party might file a (LOL, nuisance) claim the CBS attorneys are their intellectual property and get a restraining order on them from harassing Colbert (and everything else they are doing) ?
I'm sure the attorneys have never filed any paperwork asserting their own ownership of their own "intellectual property" so it is low hanging fruit, ripe for the taking . . .
