1. Daenerys Targaryen, one of the continuing main characters of Game of Thrones, last heir of an ill-fated noble house which lost power when the "mad king" was killed by brother of 2., initially naive and well-meaning, who, despite being married off into some rapey tribe of desert dwelling troglodyte warriors and subsequently banished, somehow emerges from that mess as the leader of a bunch of people and surrogate mom of three dragons, with renewed aspirations to take back her ancestral throne.
2. Cersei Lannister, ditto, member of a powerful ruling house, mates with her brother to produce a son who looks like he's from the village of the damned and goes on to become illegitimate teenage psychopath king of Gondor, sex&crime edition. Initially, she's the scheming and evil-in-self-defense mother&ersatz queen trying to keep her son from getting murdered.
3. The Night's king, ditto, ancient one ™ and leader of a tribe of glorified arctic zombies out to annihilate mankind, kind of.
