That doesn't make sense. What are the chances that she got the same tube/raft more than once or that all of them were bad. If it is anything like the one here you get a new one every time you go on, it isn't a structured ride where you can get the same exact spot every time. The tubes either go up the conveyor belt and you get whichever one spits out at the time you get to the top or you pick one up from a pile and walk it upstairs.
I'm just trying to get a grasp on whether this was the ride's fault for being... faulty, a neglectful employee, or something else entirely unrelated that ended up killing the boy by chance. I only wonder because while I know all rides have a risk but I would like to know if Schlitterbahn should shut it down for good or if that was a freak accident.
