Try 50, 60 years at the most. In the case of South Africa not even 30 years ago. Not centuries ago. It only started centuries ago. Are you quite capable of getting at least a simple fact right or are you just talking?

No, you're not responsible for what white people did not so long ago, since most of the African countries only got independance in the 50ies and 60ies of the last century. Some even as late as in the 70ies, 80ies and 90ies. But there's a difference between feeling responsible and taking responsibility for a not so glorious past.
