Free Two day shipping is great for shopping. Especially around Christmas and Birthdays. They even ship big items, and it's two day delivery. They're also really good about giving you a free month if you submit a complaint (well, a legitimate complaint, obviously). Like, we had an item that wouldn't be shipped when it was supposed to be--and I sent a complaint to them. They gave me an extra month free for my trouble.
The shows they have on Amazon Prime are mostly just a bonus for me. They have a few good shows (including Doctor Who) that are worth watching.
If I had any complaints about it... I'd say that they tend to ship things USPS a LOT. Which isn't terrible, because it's still two days. But our mail people like to forget to deliver our stuff sometimes--and then we have to go all the way to the post office to pick it up. Which isn't really Amazon's fault--except that they choose USPS. They've gotten better at it lately though. At least since I complained.
