The problem is that power is too abstract a notion to attack, and so his male sexual stamina serves as a substitute. This shortcut of the powerless of attacking powerful males via their sexual prowess seems somehow acceptable to society. If someone did it with Hillary though, it wouldn't be considered ok. Is that because undermining male sexuality is considered a legitimate means to attack power because it is considered to be aggressive and dominant, while female sexuality isn't perceived that way?
