The simplest explanation is likely the correct one.

There are only 360 joints in the human body if you loosen the definition of joint to be something along the lines of "where two bones touch."

For example you have a several plates of bone in your skull, would you consider where they meet to be a joint? Are all of the connections in the metatarsals and metacarpals considered joints? If so you can get there.

Yes that what they did they even considered the connections in the throat to be joints and the sternal connections as well .

The number being fixed in all humans is ridiculous to be honest we don't even have the same number of coccyx vertebrates !
So why do I find this in the Internet
And why the first thing that pops up into my face when I write the number of joints on Google is this Hadith??!!
