And the Israelis weren't the only ones. The war was associated with a certain term back in the day, which got more or less synonimous for the whole conflict: Exocet. Produced in France and actually responsible for the the british vessels being sunk. Also know what the Argentinians were flying? Dassault Mirage III, another product courtesy of French production.

So that's much ado about nothing. Just another country supplying another one to fill their own coffers. Maybe the French were a little more discreet in not actually shipping to Argentinia during the actual conflict. Which lasted for a whooping three months, by the way.
