When you see a car travelling you think about the car but if you think carefully you understand that inside the car there is a driver so there are two separate entity that take part in the happening.
As the car wouldn't go without a driver or a mind that program her the brain work in the same way so the chances that the brain is able to create an NDE experience are nil.
