You obviously have zero experience with out of control crazy people, I used to work in a hospital with a psychiatric unit. every so often one would go bat shit crazy. Once one of them took apart a small car with his bare hands tearing off the doors and ripping the seats out.
There's a good reason normal people don't have access to that strength
